Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. The exact shipping costs will be displayed before completing the order.
2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for handmade porcelain hearts is typically 7 - 21 business days after payment is received. Since our products are handmade, delivery times may vary, and you will be informed in advance if there are any delays.
• Within Germany: 7 - 21 business days
• EU Countries: 7. 21 business days
Please note that for special customizations and personalized orders, additional processing time of up to 3 business days may be required.
3. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped to ensure fast and secure delivery.
• Standard Shipping (e.g., standard letter or package, depending on the order size)
• Express Shipping (available upon request, additional costs may apply)
4. Shipping to a Parcel Locker
If you provide a parcel locker address, please ensure that the correct parcel locker number and post number are entered to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items that are ready at different times, we may ship them in separate packages. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package.

7. Shipping Insurance
We offer an optional shipping insurance for your order. This insurance covers any loss or damage to your order during transit. You can add this option during checkout.
8. Returns and Damaged Goods
In the event of a return or if your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods so we can provide a solution. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
